Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for a VP of Finance at Naples Hotel Group. The VP of Finance will be responsible for day-to-day accounting of all hotels financial activity, creating and analyzing financial statements, financial reporting, and utilizing analytical skills to support business decisions. The role will require close collaboration with various departments and leadership teams.
Qualifications
Strong background in Finance with experience in financial statements, and financial reporting
Background in Hotel Accounting required.
Experience with M3 Accounting Software for Hotels
Analytical skills and ability to make data-driven decisions
Excellent organizational and time management skills
Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience in the hospitality industry is required
Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
CPA certification is a plus
