This was tasty and very easy, but we have salmon about once a week and I've made better CL recipes; we'd like to see more zip and heat - maybe less sugar, more mustard? I may try some other readers' suggestions and try wasabi or maybe a shot of sriracha sauce?

The moment I took my first bite I knew this was one of my all-time favorite salmon recipes. That glaze just goes so well with the fish. Cooking times were perfect. Baked it at the the middle rack on a broiler pan and broiled it one spot higher, at three inches.

We eat lots of Salmon so I like to try new recipes. This is one that both my husband and me love. We like things on the spicy side so I added Trader Joe's Red Pepper seasoning and it was great. At my husbands request I will be making this yummy dish for dinner often.

Nice, fast weeknight meal. Will definitely make again. I used Dijon mustard as I did not have Chinese-style hot sauce handy. I also did not broil my salmon three minutes. It was more like 1.5 minutes. Watch it carefully.

This recipe is fantastic. I've made it twice now - on a test run, and again for my fiance's family. Foolproof and impressive. And delicious!

This was just ok. We try to eat salmon often so I was anxious to try something new. It was simple and I had everything in my pantry, but nothing outstanding. Served with brown rice and steamed broccoli.

This salmon wows friends every time I cook it and it is the easiest recipe ever! I serve it with salad and sweet potato baked fries, I have used regular hot mustard and the taste is the same ... It is a really light sauce and doesn't overpower the salmon. Really delicious.

LOVE this recipe. It's super easy on a weeknight but the flavor is fantastic. I usually serve it with roasted sweet potatoes (cut into chunks, spray with cooking spray, dust with pumpkin pie spice, roast at 400 for about 30 min) and whatever green vegetable is in season. The only thing I do differently is to sprinkle with sesame seeds before broiling.

This was a decent recipe, nothing outstanding though. Easy to make on a weeknight, but I wouldn't serve it to company.

I love this recipe. I do not particularly care for fish but this is one recipe that I will make again and again. Incredibly easy, too. I made it with a fresh vegetable stir fry made of broccoli, carrots, green onions, and snow peas. I added a little of the sauce to the veggies--Yummy.

This sauce was very good. I marinated the salmon for several hours then just baked it in the sauce. I served with recommended sweet potato which was incredible and broccoli. I would eat this again but probably wouldn't go out of my way to make it.

This is a nice, easy to make dinner for a week night. I don't find it quite as exciting as most of the other reviewers here do. I make salmon for dinner once or twice a week and I have other favorite recipes when making it for company. Still, I enjoyed it and will probably make it again.

This is our go-to for salmon. Always a crowd pleaser, so quick and easy, and I always have everything on hand. Well, now that I keep Chinese hot mustard on hand so that I can make this regularly. LOVE LOVE LOVE and wouldn't change a thing. We always have it with sticky rice.

OMG...just made this and it's WONDERFUL!! It's so easy and was done in no time! Didn't have Chinese mustard, so used grainy Dijon mustard and added some wasabi paste for a kick. Served it with some steamed mixed veggies (broccoli, cauliflower and carrots) and long grain/wild rice. Trying to get more fish and grains in my diet and this will make it sooo easy...a definite keeper and will be making often! This would be great for company, too.
